Nicole M.F. Adamo
Deputy Secretary of the Board
Reports to: General Manager
Nicole Adamo came to the Mountain House Community Services District in 2013. She has 12 years of public sector human resources experience and 2 years of experience as the Clerk of the Board. Nicole has extensive experience working with Employee Benefits, Recruiting and Human Resources Information Systems (“HRIS”) within local government agencies. In her current role, Nicole oversees the duties of the Clerk’s office which include preparation of Board of Directors agendas and minutes, conducting elections, and responding to requests for public records. She also serves in the capacity of Human Resources liaison for the District, managing recruiting and internal HR processes such as FMLA and Workers’ Compensation. Additionally, Nicole performs Risk Management duties for the District.
Prior to joining MHCSD, Nicole worked as a Human Resources Analyst for the City of Sunnyvale, specializing in HRIS and Employee Benefits.
Nicole earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science Degrees in Organizational and Industrial Psychology from St. Mary’s College of California. She is a proud Mountain House resident where she lives with her husband and two children.

If you would like to drop off your application in person, you may do so at the above address during normal business hours. District offices are open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. The office is closed between noon and 1:00 pm daily.
The Mountain House CSD is not currently accepting resumes instead of an original application.
